FAQs:

Do I need a reservation? We try and accommodate all our visitors, however, a reservation will guarantee you a spot. On weekends and special event nights we often fill up so we recommend a reservation so you won’t be sad. Most of our indoor tables seat 5 comfortably but we have space for larger groups. A phone call is always helpful so we can reserve a spot based on your specific needs. Our patio is family friendly and you can reserve up to 8 guests (10 with chairs on ends) per table, 6 days a week (weather permitting). Please call us at (847) 635-0655 for groups of 10 - 20 or if you have any special requests. For groups of 20 plus book our Barrel Room in advance by visiting our Parties page on our website.

How do I order? Please check in at the end of the bar when you arrive. Orders can be placed and paid for through your phone via QR code, at your table, using our Toast online point of sale system. The system allows you to keep a tab open for the duration of your stay. Most customers find placing their order through their phone easy and convenient. If you experience any issues with ordering online flag us down for help or ask at the bar to have us place your order for you. Please confirm that the QR code has taken you to the TOAST UNE ANNEE | HUBBARD'S CAVE SITE. We are always happy to stop at your table to talk about beer or food selections, just let us know. After you place your order we will bring out your beer and food and will clear the tables after you are done.

Please have a valid government issued photo ID ready if placing an alcohol order. You must be 21 or older. Without a government issued photo ID, you will be unable to consume alcohol. Expired IDs and paper IDs will not be accepted.

Do you have games in the taproom? What about these magical bubbles I have heard about? We have a selection of board games available in the taproom. Please use them gently and put them away when you are done to help preserve the games for future use. Occasionally the bubble machine makes an appearance, to make sure we can still have nice things, please ensure your children do not touch the machine as it breaks easily.

Do you serve wine or liquor? Our license does not allow us to sell wine or liquor at this time, but we do have a limited selection of cans of cider and hard seltzer available.

Where do I park? We recommend ride share whenever possible. However, for those driving responsibly we offer a lot on the south side of the building until it is full and after there is street parking available (the parking signs are for Class D vehicles - don’t know what that is, then you probably don’t have one). Additionally, the parking lot east of our building is open for parking on weekends and after 5 on weekdays, a gate on the East fence allows easy access to the brewery. Additional map showing parking below. Please don’t park along the fence at the front of the building on the East side. Please respect our generous neighbors by keeping their parking lot clean.

Are kids welcome? We like to bring our kids when we visit breweries so we want to make it fun for you as well. The brewery is kid-friendly. Kids are not permitted to sit at the bar. Please mind your kids while you are enjoying the brewery.

Can I bring my dog? Unfortunately, our food license doesn’t allow for dogs in the new taproom. But the patio welcomes your well behaved Fido.

Can I smoke? The taproom and patio seating area is smoke free, and we have a designated smoking area near the parking lot.

Do you have wifi? Yes, SSID: UAGUEST, password: beerguest

Please Only Park in Secondary Parking on Weeknights and Weekends. Please do not park along the wooden fence in the front of our neighbors lot.

Don’t let this sign scare you. It is for Class D vehicles, which you likely do not have.
