Go to the purchase link (below) on our Toast POS for this year's Une Annee/Hubbard’s Cave @firstwefeast Hot Ones challenge on February 3rd. Each participant will be seated at a table with the other participants, and we will start bringing out the wings at 7:00 PM. First, 4 wings will be brought first, then 3, 3. All wings are smoked and not fried. Wing challenge $28 before tax, includes wings, milk and a waiver.

Scott and Sara have been performing around the Chicagoland area for almost two decades at bars, festivals, block parties, and community and private events. Scott teaches music at the world-renowned Old Town School of Folk Music and is a former “BlueMan” of the New York production of BlueMan Group. Sara has played in several local bands and performs vocals and bass guitar with Scott. Manasala. After the writers wrap up their talk, guest will get a chance to listen to live country music and partake in an “optional” line dancing lesson with Branda Perez de Tejada of Conscious Chorea Co. around 4 pm to get inspired by the story. There will also be a New book Joy bookish pop-up shop.
